Rural wards

About reach

reach is the name for the Rural Development Programme in Bridgend. It’s the first time the county has had funding of this nature from Europe. Funded through the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development and the Welsh Government the aim of reach is to create a cohesive, sustainable and connected rural Bridgend.

To deliver this aim, reach will focus on 5 key aspects of rural life: people, produce, place, tourism and enterprise.
