Porthcawl Town Council
Porthcawl Town Council would very much like to see and be a part of the creation of a new community building that is central to and an integral part of the Porthcawl Regeneration process and Reach are supporting the Town council to undertake a feasibility study for the potential of a new building. The Council feels strongly that the construction of a building that been fashioned upon the identified needs and goals of its community will help to improve the quality of life for all. Currently the Town Council does not have a Council Building or a Council Chamber.
The feasibility study will look to identify the local issues that Porthcawl faces and how the building may address these such as:
- The ways in which to ensure that the creation of such a building will have a positive impact for the whole community.
- A building that can be sustainable and will promote inclusivity and diversity.
- How to create an attractive and welcoming building as part of the regeneration process that will have intended impact and make a real difference to the lives of the people who use it.
