Tondu RFC – Pandy Park
Tondu RFC are in the process of undertaking a Community Asset Transfer of Pandy Park, to incorporate the playing fields (rugby and football) together with parking areas, public open space and the changing pavilion. The Reach team are supporting Tondu RFC with a feasibility study, to explore the options for the park and pavilion.
The feasibility study will include a community consultation, full costings for running and maintenance of the grounds and pavilions, a building condition report, renewable energy scope and costings, a phased business plan, recommendations relating to business legal structure with social impacts and considerations. It will also include design and costings for: car parking, renewable energy sources, security fencing and CCTV. It will also consider the long-term development of an artificial pitch, which includes topographical surveys and utility searches.
